In one of the most characteristic areas of the Florida neighborhood, is this building designed under the concept of Houses in Height.

A residential building with wide spaces that seeks to generate situations typical of a house through the breadth of its relationship with in light and interior space.

Functionally, HY2282 presents two typologically equal blocks separated by a common courtyard that connects the dwellings through light and green.

​

In both blocks, four-room apartments are grouped with double circulation and large expansions with their own grills.

​

On the ground floor are the garages and expansion areas of the complex; multipurpose room, recreation areas and swimming pool with solarium.

​

As a finishing touch to the project, it has two units with four rooms,  with independent access to the terraces and their own grills.

​

This way all the floors have ventilation and visuals both to the front, internal patio and back of the building.
