2nd Year Design University proyect from the Design Chair Amette Sanchez Gomez , Housing + Atelliers in La Boca, Buenos Aires, Argentina consist on 2 blocks of buildings, one private block on the back made of concrete, and other in the front more public made with steel frame.

Both parts separated by a central space or corridor that works as the principal access from both laterals. This Street or corridor goes troughout all the project separating and vinculating the housing complex with the atelliers.

Visual connection between recreation spaces, work spaces and private spaces.

The main facade consist on overlapping work spaces boxes. Located in the front in order to have a direct access to them and be able to use them as work studios or offices. Each box has its expansion to the green roof from the box below.

The mixed housing complex is on the back of the building generating direct expansions to the park and separeting with the main corridor, private spaces from work and public spaces.
