Located next to General Paz Ave, The project aims to connect the boulevard and squares with one of the most important avenues on Buenos Aires. Work directed by the architectural design chair Amette Sanchez Gomez.

Devaluated Square & Church. Emplacement surrounded by brick buildings and industrial zones. Continuity of vegetation between the boulevard comming from General Paz Ave and the square. Open the street behind for direct service to the building. Disposition of orthogonal axes from the orientation of the church. Valorization of the church lleaving its perimeter free.

Direct expansions to the land are proposed for each program. On the axes, packages with different programs, leaving the perimeter of the church free and becoming one more package of the future project. The building is divided in two main axis, traversing from north to south and east to west.
