A redesign of a residential Loft in a 26-story tower high-rise residential building called Astor Palermo, located in Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The space is directed by one of its sides, equipped with large storage places around the double height, that can be filled by library, kitchen, vanity unit, and wardroves, containing the stairway structure inside.

he wall as main idea organizes all the rooms throughout the apartment. The mezzanine floor can be integrated or divided by vertical blinds that allows the partial or total opening of the space generating spatiality, lighting and flexibility.

Built-in furniture installed in kitchen for storage and cooking equipment. Appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven are integrated into kitchen cabinetry, as well as the toilet's door.

Upstairs walk in closet and bathroom integrated. Shower separated from toilet in order to get dressed right after shower. Rail with mirror that can be turned around in order to serve as dressroom door.
