3D modeling and interior design of an Algae Research Center floating on the patagonian waters for Evelin Resia's academic degree project.

Public corridor that can be used as a recreational area for public events and galleries. Classrooms and workshops areas are located around this public corridor in order to create a visual relationship between knowledge areas, cultural and recreational area of the building

On this section you can see the structure as a whole, which rests on a floating mesh. The roof that is made of corrugated sheet metal with runoff towards the lake pools. The section was resolved with Steel frame walls, with double-glazed carpentry and an air chamber.

A thermally insulated technical floor, which rests on a Steel deck with a floater platform to float in the water. Workshop and Classroom areas with views to the lake and production área, where the collection and drying process of algaes is made, with direct relationship with lake pools and working areas in order to speed the process of production and research.
