Layered lighting, recesed ceiling with two Flush-mount fixtures as ambient lights, two sets of pendant lights over the nightstands as reading lights and Led light on backsplash as an accent light.
In the kitchen the idea was to create a minimal, modular, straight lined work area with an emphasis on efficiency, workability and cleanliness. The washing area, refrigerator and cook top are conveniently located for easy move and work.. No wasted spaces and enough storage room for clutter. appliances are built into the cabinetry. Calacatta marble for the countertop, Oak wood matching flooring, niche and island backsplash, and dark grey melamine for the cabinets, Black steel fixtures matching handles, lighting and furniture materials.
The building was designed by MVMK Architecture + Design Firm and developed by GN Management and real estate . We were in charge of the design of all the interior spaces in the phase of construction, including election of materials, lighting, fixed cabinetry and general interior architecture.
